Thank you for your interest in writing for The Green Frugal. We strive for quality writing that will help improve the lives of our readers. Our readers are looking for information that will show them how to live naturally, reduce and reuse waste and recyclables, protect the environment and do it all while saving money or living on a tight budget.

If you have a passion for natural and green living, we invite you to apply as a Contributing Writer. All contributing writers may use their own Google Adsense account and be willing to write a minimum of one article per month with an appropriate photo that is either original or one to which you have rights.

Applications must be filled out completely and provide as much information as possible. Applications containing false or incomplete information will not be considered. All applications will be reviewed by the site owners within one week.

Once the owners have made a decision, you will be notified by email. The contract and terms of use will be sent to all accepted applicants, along with the approved topic areas. You will also receive detailed information on submitting profile information, article ideas and the submission process. At this time, we are only able to accept a limited number of applicants in each topic area; however, you may apply and be considered for more than one topic.

Please review the writer’s guidelines. You may submit your Google Adsense code with your first article if you desire ad-click compensation from Google. How does this work? Writers get all the Adsense revenue; the site staff gets other ad revenue. We feel that this revenue model is both more transparent and fair than other content sites provide.
